Sopressata & Arugula Pizza

Bufala Mozzarella cheese, sliced
goat cheese, crumbled
Mastro® Sopressata Salami
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stretch the pizza dough to cover a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce over the dough, arrange the Bufala Mozzarella on top and sprinkle with goat cheese.
- Bake, on the lowest rack, for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden around the edges. Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with the Sopressata Salami, then arugula.
