- Cook gnocchi according to package directions in boiling salted water. Drain and lightly pat dry with paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in a large, non-stick pan over medium heat. Carefully place gnocchi in the heated pan, and sauté until golden and slightly crispy.
- Cut each slice of Prosciutto in 1 cm wide strips. Roll gnocchi with a strip of Prosciutto and skewer with a toothpick to serve.
- Serve with marinara and pesto for dipping.
